US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, prime product lines and including additional service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”
