Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, primarily based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of personal equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and management solution, as properly as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to equipment required for installation. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial applications, including construction and shipbuilding.
