Evoqua Water Technologies has entered into a definitive settlement to amass Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, producer and servicer of custom high purity water remedy gear.
Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering supplies water therapy services, including filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, information centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical gadget and microelectronics markets. The company has greater than 1,200 clients in North America.
Evoqua says that the acquisition will improve its portfolio of excessive purity water therapy techniques and expand its service footprint in North America.
